Charles C. Feirich was an attorney who lived and practiced in Carbondale, Illinois. Feirich was born on November 1, 1886 in Buffalo, New York. He moved to Chicago as a teenager and after working as an office worker and taking night classes at a law school, he was admitted to the bar in 1907. He was appointed Assistant State's Attorney in 1916, and then Assistant Attorney General in 1917. He died in 1975 at the age of 88. From the description of Charles E. Feirich papers, 1907-1975. (...
